Angel Wings Rental Agreement - Summary
Rental Period and Return:
- Rent the angel wings for a daily rate and return them by the next day. Late returns will incur an additional daily fee.
Payment:
- A full deposit is required before pickup to reserve the rental day.
Pickup and Return:
- Wings must be picked up and returned to the specified address. If a pickup/drop-off service is needed, transportation (e.g., Uber or Lyft) must be provided.
Loss and Damage:
- If the wings are lost, you must pay the full replacement cost.
- Damage fees range from $100 to $1,000 based on severity. Unrepairable wings require full payment of $1,000.
Artist Credit:
- Credit and tag Angel Wings Los Angeles (AWLA) in at least one social media post if the wings are purchased in full or rented. Inform AWLA when the content is ready.
Care Instructions:
- Ensure the wings stay dry, clean, and intact. Avoid improper bending and keep as many feathers attached as possible.
Credit Card Authorization:
- Authorize AWLA to charge your credit card for rental fees and any additional fees (late return, damage, replacement) as per the contract terms.
