All of our pieces are handmade to order, crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom and artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you on a solution.
