Processing Time
All Angel Wings Los Angeles products are handmade to order. Please allow:
- Standard Production Time: 2-4 days
- Rush Orders: Contact us for same-day or next-day availability (additional fees may apply)
Production time begins after payment is received and design is confirmed. You will receive email updates throughout the creation process.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Cost: $15-25 (calculated at checkout based on size)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Cost: $35-50 (calculated at checkout based on size)
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
- Cost: $75+ (contact us for quote)
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination
- Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country
Note: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Local Pickup (Los Angeles)
FREE local pickup available in Los Angeles, CA!

- We'll email you within 24-48 hours to schedule pickup
- Pickup available Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm (by appointment only)
- Please bring your order confirmation email
Packaging
All wings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:
- Protective wrapping to prevent damage
- Sturdy boxes sized appropriately for wing dimensions
- Fragile stickers and handling instructions included
- Discreet packaging available upon request
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Tracking number via email
- Shipping carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- High-volume holiday seasons
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Angel Wings Los Angeles is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- We recommend requiring signature confirmation for high-value orders
- Consider shipping to a secure location or workplace
Damaged in Transit:
- Please inspect your package upon delivery
- Report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees for redelivery
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Reshipment will require payment of new shipping fees
